Our 2011 VCE Results

As with every graduating year, there is a lot to celebrate. In 2011 we congratulate all students and staff on their work and individual achievements.

The Dux of Woodleigh School in 2011 is Allison Ballantyne. Allie’s ATAR score of 99.6 is stunning, and adds to her recent Woodleigh Prize success. James Tranter’s ATAR of 99.15 also deserves highlighting, as does Samantha Lloyd’s perfect study score of 50 in Media Studies.

Together, the class of 2011 performed brilliantly with a mean study score of 34 and a mean ATAR score of 81.3.

  • 15% of the cohort achieved ATAR scores of over 95, placing them in the top 5% of the state
  • 38% of our students achieved ATAR scores of 90 or more, and therefore placed in the top 10% of the state.
  • 52% of our students were placed in the top 20% of the state
  • 18.7% of individual study scores were 40 or above

We particularly congratulate all students in the class of 2011 who, as a result of their commitment and hard work have managed to perform beyond their own expectations, having maximized their potential.

We wish our class of 2011 the very best as they move to the next exciting stages of their lives beyond the School.

We will watch their progress with keen anticipation and pride.

Yours sincerely,
Jonathan Walter – Principal
