At Woodleigh, we believe that education is a journey that begins in the earliest years of learning and extends beyond Year 12 into adulthood.

Much like any journey, success hinges on having a reliable map and compass to navigate the landscapes of childhood and adolescence.

We educate our students for the long term. Increasing leadership, responsibility, and independence are a significant component of senior years at Woodleigh. We are committed to providing our students with the guidance and tools they need to chart their course confidently and thrive throughout their educational and personal adventures.

All Year 7 students are encouraged to embrace their Senior Years experience through Service, Homestead, Activities, sport or other co-curricular programs, preparing students for success in their VCE studies and life well beyond school.

The opportunities are many and varied at Woodleigh, where education is real:

Orientation and Transition

Before your child commences Senior School, we invite them to participate in a range of activities within the classroom environment to support their smooth transition to school. Our Homestead teachers are also available to support you and your child as you join the community.

Year 7 is the launchpad for a vibrant Senior Years educational experience for our students. Our emphasis on empowering learners to take charge of their education and gain access to a globally recognised International Baccalaureate (IB) qualification and Regenerative Futures Program (RFP) opens doors to higher education across borders, really setting education at Woodleigh apart.
