Joining Woodleigh means becoming a part of our close-knit community. Here, friendships flourish, stories are shared, and the memories of our children's school years stay with them for a lifetime.

Parents and Friends Groups

Woodleigh is served by dedicated and highly valued volunteer bodies of parents and friends known as the Parents and Friends Group (PFG). Each PFG plays a significant role in life at Woodleigh for our entire community and collaboratively works to build the participation of parents in the life of the School.

The PFG’s purpose is to facilitate community, connectedness, communication, creativity and contribution. From social events to fundraising or the celebration of special occasions, these vital groups make our community the vibrant place that it is. The activities of the PFG are at all times in line with the goals and objectives of Woodleigh and all decisions made are for the benefit of the school community.

Each committee member has specific responsibilities and each group is capably and ably led by a Committee Chair. In this way, the PFG can effectively manage the range of activities that contribute to our school life.

To get involved as a current parent, we invite you to please get in touch with your relevant Campus Reception or contact our Community Relations team on (03) 5971 6100.

Arty market

Mothers of Past Students (MOPS)

We are a group of people who have been associated with Woodleigh as parents, staff and sometimes ex-students. We enjoy supporting Woodleigh events such as the vibrant Homestead Night and ever-creative Arty Market, and we love getting involved with the energy of the School.

Membership is purely casual – turn up when you can, even if it is only a few times a year. We gather for dinner at the Canadian Bay Hotel in Mount Eliza on the first Wednesday of each month at 7.00pm and new faces are always welcome.

To get involved, we invite you to please get in touch with Peta Gogan or contact our Community Relations team on (03) 5971 6100.
